Bsc (Hons) Business Management (Top-up) is a 120-credit programme designed for students who have completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) or an equivalent Level 5 qualification and wish to progress to a full honours degree. Delivered over a flexible 9-month full-time duration, the programme develops the strategic, managerial, and digital competencies required to succeed in today’s dynamic global business environment.
The curriculum builds upon existing business knowledge through carefully selected modules covering leadership, innovation, strategic management, organisational performance, and business decision-making. By combining academic theory with practical application, students develop the analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills needed to evaluate business challenges and implement effective organisational solutions.
Practical learning is enhanced through business simulation software, enabling students to manage a virtual enterprise across key business functions, including marketing, finance, operations, sales, and supply chain management. Students also gain access to the Arden Enterprise Incubator, where they can benefit from industry-standard resources, expert mentoring, collaborative learning, and professional networking opportunities.
- Chartered Management Institute (CMI) :This course awards a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership and offers CMI Foundation Chartered Manager Status.
